Dr. Samantha Quézet Lee

A chiropractor, qualified yoga instructor, former swimmer, and Olympic weightlifter, Dr. Sam Quezet has always been passionate about health and wellness. Recently, she welcomed her first baby and embraced the traditional Chinese confinement process, thanks to her marriage into a Chinese-Malaysian family. With her extensive qualifications in postnatal rehabilitation and personal experience with post-birth recovery, Sam has seen firsthand the transformative benefits of this program, from increased energy to noticeable improvements in water retention. After witnessing many women struggle post-birth without proper support, Sam felt compelled to share this program, helping women prioritize their healing and well-being. She expresses her gratitude to readers for trusting this program, assuring them that they are in experienced and caring hands.

Alicia Lee

Alicia Lee, Dr. Sam Quezet's mother-in-law, brings decades of wisdom and tradition to this book. Born and raised in Malaysia, Alicia has undergone the confinement process herself after having three children. Now nearing her 60s, she proudly attributes her vitality, youthful appearance, and good health to following these traditional practices. She firmly believes that the confinement process allows for proper healing post-birth, preventing aches and pains later in life while promoting beauty and healthy skin. Her invaluable knowledge, including cherished family recipes passed down through generations, forms the heart of this book. Without her expertise and mastery, this guide would not be possible.
