Sam A chiropractor, qualified yoga instructor, former swimmer, and Olympic weightlifter, Dr. Sam Quezet has always been passionate about health and wellness. Recently, she welcomed her first baby and embraced the traditional Chinese confinement process, thanks to her marriage into a Chinese-Malaysian family.
Alicia brings decades of wisdom and tradition to this book. Born and raised in Malaysia, Alicia has undergone the confinement process herself after having three children. Now nearing her 60s, she proudly attributes her vitality, youthful appearance, and good health to following these traditional practices.
